We are looking for detailed and dedicated Injection Molding Machine Operators who are ready to work hard and maximize their weekly paycheck./ppIf you have manufacturing experience, know your way around a blueprint, and are looking for a role with significant overtime hours, we want to hear from you immediately!/ppSchedule Pay/ppBase Pay: $25.00/hour/ppOvertime Pay: $37.50/hour (Daily overtime is mandatory and frequent)./ppStart Time: 3:00 PM/ppEnd Time: Shifts typically end at 1:30 AM (10 hours) but frequently run until 3:30 AM (12+ hours)./ppWork Days: Monday - Friday (Must be open to working Saturdays or Sundays as production demands)./ppResponsibilities/ppOperate Machinery: Run plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts based on strict work orders./ppQuality Control: Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to ensure consistency; identify and report any defects immediately./ppSkills/ppPrecision Measurement: Verify machine settings and part quality using tools such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparators./ppBlueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure all customer specifications are met./ppMaintenance: Perform occasional preventive maintenance on machinery as instructed./ppEducation/ppHigh School/ppExperience: 0-1 years/ppQualifications/ppExperience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred./ppTechnical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) is highly desired./ppPhysical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods and comfortably work 10-12 hour shifts./ppScreening: Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and education verification./ppApply Today/ppDont miss this opportunity to join a top-tier manufacturing team with high earning potential.
