English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) communication skills required
Experience in financial statements; accounting management from order to collection, from po to payment and stock controls; and financial analysis
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
Experience with SAP Business One (Plus)
CPA or CMA licensure (Plus)
Credit control of customer orders
Issue invoices on time to customers
Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary
Track and record payments remitted and services rendered
Coordinate other departments for complete order transactions from quotations to collection cycle
Review and reconcile bank accounts and transactions
Perform internal controls and other accounting activities assigned
