Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions related to outstanding balances, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and customer-focused approach will contribute to the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with Customers:

   • Collaborate with customers who have outstanding balances to secure payments promptly.
   • Handle inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships with clients.

2. Payment Processing:

   • Process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
   • Utilize Excel for tracking payment receipts and updating financial reports.

3. Data Management:

   • Regularly update and maintain accounts receivable reports.
   • Use Excel skills to filter and analyze data within shared spreadsheets.

4. Research and Accuracy:

   • Investigate discrepancies in billing and accounts.
   • Ensure invoices are corrected and received by clients.

5. Effective Communication:

   • Be proactive in communication-don't hesitate to pick up the phone to address payment-related matters.
   • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

6. Experience and Qualifications:

   • Require 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
   • Proficiency in Netsuite software is helpful

7. Billing Portals:

   • Comfortably navigate various billing portals.
   • Attention to detail is critical due to the nature of the work.

8. Work Schedule:

   • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (onsite at the Charlotte office).

• Effective communicator: Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
