Lead an integrated addiction medicine and primary care program serving a diverse patient population in Marin County, CA. This role combines leadership in substance use disorder (SUD) services with direct clinical care. Position Overview * Full-time, onsite (Monday'Friday) * 50% primary care, 30% addiction clinical leadership, 20% administrative time * Relocation assistance available Key Responsibilities * Provide medical leadership for addiction treatment, including policy development, training, and interdisciplinary coordination * Deliver direct care to patients with substance use disorders using evidence-based treatment models * Serve as a primary care provider for a patient panel * Conduct comprehensive evaluations, prescribe medications, and manage continuity of care * Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities Qualifications * MD or DO with valid California medical license and DEA registration * Board Certified/Eligible in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine * Minimum 3 years of addiction medicine or fellowship training * BLS certification required * Spanish language skills preferred; EPIC experience a plus Benefits * Competitive salary: $231,750'$278,100 annually * Health, dental, and vision coverage * 403(b) retirement with employer match * Student loan repayment and CME support * Paid holidays, vacation, and CME time * Comprehensive wellness and disability benefits by Jobble
