Title : Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Coordinator

Reporting Relationship : This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Anti-Human Trafficking & Child Exploitation

Job brief: We are looking for a highly organized and detailed-oriented person to join our Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our AHT & CE initiatives. The AHT & CE Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support, assisting the AHT & CE team in communications and events, coordinating travel, and performing a variety of clerical tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle last-minute changes and problem-solving effectively.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage the AHT & CE calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain and organize statistics, research and other relevant data to ensure easy access when needed.

Coordination and Communication:

• Create and design materials for meetings including PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and other communication materials.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
• Provide support crossdepartmentally through assisting in reviewing marketing and fundraising materials.

Operational and Logistical Support:

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Solve problems and handle last-minute accommodations and changes as needed.
• Arrange travel logistics for the AHT team, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure all travel plans are organized and communicated effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in psychology, human services, non-profit administration, criminal justice, political science or related fields
• Experience at a non profit a plus
• Knowledge in human trafficking and/or child exploitation
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
• Passion for the mission and values of the Tim Tebow Foundation.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
