The Opportunity

Our client—an established and forward-thinking property consultancy—is seeking to appoint an Associate or Director-level Building Surveyor to lead and develop their Building Surveying offering in Winchester .

This is a strategic growth appointment , ideal for an experienced professional looking for the autonomy to shape a service line, lead a team, and contribute to the wider business at a senior level.

About the Role

Take full responsibility for delivering both professional and project-led building surveying services across a range of sectors

Chartered status (MRICS)
