Associate Veterinarian (Entry-Level)
Location: Lancaster, PA
Salary: $130K-$150K + Annual Bonus Potential + Relocation Assistance

Associate Veterinarian (Entry-Level) Description

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing a personalized client/patient experience by leveraging the reimagined vision of veterinary care at the heart of this unique organization. Top-Notch Mentorship Program: This position provides new Veterinarians with exceptional support through a structured, 6-month 1-on-1 mentorship program, along with future access to advanced surgical mentorship opportunities.

Associate Veterinarian (Entry-Level) Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat canine and feline patients
• Advise pet owners on general care, nutrition, and preventive health
• Manage sensitive or difficult client conversations with compassion
• Operate diagnostic equipment and accurately interpret the results
• Restore pet health by treating animals surgically or medically
• Educate owners about the benefits of spaying and neutering
• Ensure adherence to veterinary standards, ethics, and clinic policies
• Prevent rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders by testing and providing inoculations
• Complete all required medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with technicians to optimize workflow
• Report communicable diseases to public health authorities as required

Associate Veterinarian (Entry-Level) Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an accredited program is required (upcoming DVM/VMD encouraged to apply)
• North American Veterinary License required (or soon to earn, if finishing Veterinary school)
• Willingness to work one Saturday per month is required
