As a full stack developer with a focus in automated testing, you can find and resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, Agile environment. We’re looking for an experienced tester like you with the skills needed to develop software and test systems from vision to production ready.
This role is more than just coding and testing. As a senior Automated Software Tester at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
3+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and executing software testing for full-stack applications using Agile methods
2+ years of experience with automated testing tools and methodologies for software testing and maintenance
Experience with extreme programming, product management, and software products
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in CS or an IT field and 2+ years of experience in software testing or software engineering, or 6+ years of experience in software testing or software engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
