Overview

Senior Solutions Architect / Solution Architect focused on designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures aligned with business goals. The role involves re-architecting efforts to improve system efficiency, maintainability, and cloud readiness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams within the AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable secure and high-performance application architectures aligned with business goals
• Lead application rearchitecting efforts to improve system efficiency, maintainability, and cloud readiness
• Utilize AWS Well Architected Tools to assess and enhance cloud infrastructure and application designs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define architecture frameworks and standards within the AWS ecosystem
• Drive innovation by integrating AWS cloud architecture best practices into existing and new solutions
• Ensure architectural compliance with security, reliability, and operational excellence principles
• Mentor and guide technical teams on application architecture and AWS cloud solutions
• Stay updated with emerging AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architecture strategies
• Lead the end-to-end application architecture and rearchitecting projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams, standards, and guidelines
• Evaluate existing application landscapes and identify opportunities for modernization on AWS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide expert recommendations to optimize application performance and scalability
• Oversee implementation of AWS Well Architected Framework pillars across applications
• Provide technical leadership and support during solution development and deployment phases
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across teams within the AWS Solutions Architecture domain
