Job Description

Job Summary: Cashiers at Burger King are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an efficient and courteous service at the checkout counter. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business.
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Scan items, ensure that prices are correct, receive payments, and provide change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, tickets, and change.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

• Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in customer service.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Familiar with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• High school degree or equivalent. Burger King
