Key Responsibilities

This role is about building the next version of Userflow — a unified, scaled, operationally excellent SaaS company ready for breakout growth.

Outcomes we expect you to drive in the first 12–18 months:

  • Unify and Scale the Go-to-Market Motion: Fully integrate Userflow and Beamer's pipelines, systems, and customer success motions into a cohesive engine that can double revenue within 18–24 months. Implement the analytics and systems needed to track pipeline, segment performance, and customer lifecycle — enabling repeatable, scalable execution.

  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Build tight operational rhythms between Product, Engineering, Sales, Success, and Marketing, ensuring all functions are aligned around customer outcomes, growth priorities, and financial targets.

  • Stabilize, Simplify, and Strengthen the Foundation: Bring operational excellence to a company still navigating post-merger complexity. Simplify priorities, stabilize execution, and create clear ownership structures across the leadership team.

  • Own Revenue & Profitability Targets: Take full ownership of the company’s financial performance, partnering with Camber on budgeting, reporting, and capital allocation.
