About Us
LANDMARK. owns and operates luxury rental communities in Union County. We are committed to delivering best-in-class service and responsive, professional management to our residents. We’re currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge at our brand-new communities in Union NJ and Plainfield NJ.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
• Handle phone inquiries, resident concerns, and service requests
• Follow up with leasing leads and guest cards; schedule and conduct apartment showings
• Assist with administrative duties: data entry, notices, reports, mailings, and correspondence
• Support new resident onboarding (account setup, key management, access systems)
• Manage utility account setups
• Maintain accurate, timely marketing and vacancy listings
• Coordinate with maintenance for supply orders and service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a positive, professional demeanor
• Must have a reliable, presentable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour
• Paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefits

Other Requirements

• Work is conducted on-site at properties in Union and Plainfield
• This position is not remote

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
