Our client, a global leader in technology innovation and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Engineering and Infrastructure department supporting Data Center Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic planning skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: South Hill, VA 23970 (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $60–$65/hour
What’s the Job?
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
What’s Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Mechanical and/or Controls background
• Previous Data Center or Hyperscale Build experience preferred
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience
