Job Description

As a Customer Service Team Member at Lawn Doctor, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, answering phones, data entry, and other administrative duties. The ability to identify and to solve customer complaints or concerns is a must.
It's a great job for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.  You will multi-task, learn quickly and drive customer retention/satisfaction and growth through phone/texting and email contact.   Pay is hourly,  above average, and based on experience. Monthly bonus incentives may be available`.

Requirements:

• Prefer admin and inside sales/up-selling experience 
• Must be comfortable on the phone
• Exceptional relationship-building skills/team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Positive attitude a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Ability to change lanes when needed to assist other Team members.
• Answer current and potential new customers' questions and offer our services to address their needs
• Ability to type and spell correctly in emails/texts
• Accurately document and maintain records of Sales

Compensation: $37,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
