Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tucson, Arizona, 85713, United States. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks, such as spreadsheet management, data entry, and organizing files. You will also be tasked with handling accounts payable/receivable, email correspondence, and other related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage spreadsheets and enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative support tasks, including filing and scanning documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Conduct data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.
- Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
- Perform calculations as required for financial tasks.
- Communicate with customers and clients through email correspondence.
- Utilize 10 Key skills for data entry and financial tasks.
- Ensure customer service is maintained at a high standard. Requirements – Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role or similar
