Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Center Engineer responsible for managing and supporting our on-premise and hybrid data center infrastructure. The role involves server and network hardware installation , structured cabling , capacity monitoring , and ensuring 24/7 uptime of mission-critical systems. The engineer will perform hardware troubleshooting , rack/stack activities , environmental monitoring , and coordinate with network, cloud, and security teams to support operational reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support servers, storage, and network devices.
• Perform rack/stack, cabling, and routine hardware maintenance.
• Monitor power, cooling, UPS, generators, and facility systems.
• Manage incident resolution, change management, and documentation.
• Support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Maintain physical security and compliance standards.
• Desktop support specialist with networking experience.
• Experienced with modern endpoint management, automation, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure setup and troubleshooting skills who is curious and aggressive to find solutions to enterprise issues.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of data center operations or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, SAN/NAS, networking basics, and cabling.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in 24/7 environments and handle on-call duties.
