Results-driven skincare brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who knows how to move quickly, think strategically, and use AI tools to scale creative and performance output across e-commerce.
Your Role:
Support day-to-day digital marketing operations across email, social, paid ads, and the website
Manage and build Klaviyo campaigns and flows (launches, promos, educational sequences)
Coordinate marketing calendar and campaign timelines with design and ops
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic, Midjourney, etc.) to write copy, brainstorm campaign ideas, and assist in asset creation
Help optimize the Hey Honey Shopify site: homepage updates, merchandising, product pages
Assist with Meta/Google ad asset organization, performance tracking, and A/B testing
Conduct competitor research and trend reporting using AI and manual tools
Must-Have Skills:
1–3 years of e-commerce digital marketing experience , preferably in beauty or wellness
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify , Klaviyo , Google Analytics , and Meta Ads Manager
Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing (copywriting, ideation, creative asset generation, or automation)
Organized, fast, and clear communicator — you’ll be juggling a lot
Understanding of modern DTC marketing tactics, especially for female-driven beauty brands
Bonus Points For:
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable
Passion for skincare, wellness, or clean beauty
