Responsibilities Lead responses to client security inquiries Meet with clients to address security questions and negotiate controls for gaps between client requirements and our offerings Drive innovation in the inquiry process, including integrating AI, creating collateral, managing metrics, and enhancing tooling Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate trends into product roadmaps and raise awareness of security requirements Review and respond to security questionnaires and assessments Build and maintain a knowledge base of common client questions Qualifications Minimum ten years of recent experience in IT security compliance, risk management, or related fields within large organizations, preferably in professional services or regulated environments Bachelor's degree preferred Deep understanding of cloud architecture, modern software development, and security controls; Azure experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work globally Experience in client-facing roles handling security inquiries and negotiations; track record of process improvement and integrating new technologies Knowledge of industry standards such as COBIT, NIST, ISO; certifications like CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Auditor, etc. preferred Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Additional Information Salary ranges are compliant with local regulations and based on various factors including experience and market conditions.
