Key Responsibilities - Safely operate off-road and on-road dump trucks to haul materials to and from various landfill sites.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
- Follow strict company safety standards and local traffic regulations at all times.
- Load and unload materials as required, coordinating with heavy equipment operators when needed.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job site operations.
- Assist with basic site labor duties when not driving.
Qualifications - Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B or higher preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks or heavy trucks in construction, landfill, or similar industries.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug, alcohol, and physical test.
- Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation practices.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with some weekends as needed based on workload.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are a must.
