Location: South Jordan, UT
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay: $22–$23/hour
Role: Entry-Level Banking Representative – Hybrid

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls regarding accounts
• Deliver accurate, efficient, and professional customer support
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns while ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field) preferred
• 6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!) in banking, financial services, or customer support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Preference for candidates with a college degree or previous contact center experience
