Full Stack AI Engineer (Founding)

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $120K - $180K

We are a rapidly growing, funded startup at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Growth Technology , building agentic prospecting tools to help companies scale with the power of AGI.

We are seeking a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer to deliver premium-grade products to our high-growth clients. You'll be working on important, high-impact problems at the frontier of technology, where every deliverable is tied directly to a client outcome.

This role involves building advanced tools that leverage cutting-edge AI advancements, including:

• Agentic Infrastructure
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompting
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases
• Fine-tuning and Few-Shot Learning

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver premium-grade products to our clients (growth teams), enabling sales teams to operate with unprecedented precision and efficiency. If you operate best with a "Hackathon Mentality" and are driven by client-deliverables, you will thrive here.

• Experience: 1 - 4 years of high-velocity engineering experience.
• Must have worked at a top-funded startup (e.g., Seed or Series A from a top accelerator). We are not considering new graduates or candidates from less-established startups.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience across the full stack, including:
• Python Backend (FastAPI, Django, and/or Flask).
• React/TypeScript Frontend experience.
• SQL experience (PostgresSQL, Supabase, or general SQL).
• Full Stack UI/UX and a bias for action in shipping high-quality products.
• Experience with LLM + AI Prompting is a strong plus, but not required.
• On-site Policy: Ability to work 5 days a week in our San Francisco office is mandatory.
