We build functional, high-performing, and results-driven eCommerce websites. Responsibilities Manage team calendars and schedule internal meetings efficiently. Handle emails and communications in a professional manner. Maintain and organize digital filing systems. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (tracking receipts, preparing invoices). Organize and schedule project kickoff meetings for new clients. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting notes, and action items. Support Project Managers in tracking timelines and deliverables. Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the leadership team. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents. Manage client onboarding, setting up new projects in CRM and project tools. ✅ Requirements Basic knowledge of CRM tools. Experience with ClickUp is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
