Tasks Develop personalized health and wellness plans for students, incorporating dietary recommendations, exercise routines, and mental well-being strategies. Collaborate with special education teachers, psychologists, and other staff to integrate health coaching into the students' overall educational and personal development plans. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and staff about healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, stress management, and physical activity. Monitor and evaluate students' progress towards their health goals, providing ongoing support and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Maintain detailed records of student health plans and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in health education, nutrition, or a related field. Previous experience working with students with learning disabilities is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and faculty. Ability to develop individualized health plans that cater to diverse needs.
