Role Description This is an as needed contract role for a Highrise Window Cleaning Subcontractor available to work in the DC region. The Highrise Window Cleaning Subcontractor will be responsible for cleaning windows on high-rise buildings, ensuring safety protocols are followed, operating necessary equipment, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and appearance. The role also involves coordinating with building management and clients to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications MUST HAVE PRIOR HIGHRISE/ROPE ACCESS EXPERIENCE Must have own insurance Must pass criminal background check Proficiency in window cleaning techniques and experience working on high-rise buildings Knowledge of safety protocols and the use of safety equipment and harnesses Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical fitness and ability to work at heights Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in the building restoration or maintenance industry is a plus Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr United Building Group, LLC
