The Best Western Plus at Franciscan Square in Steubenville is seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. Starting wage is 13.00 an hour . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and managing reservations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Make and manage reservations accurately using the hotel’s computer system
- Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and provide information
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to callers
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
