Machine Operator

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay: 2nd Shift $17/hr | 3rd Shift $18/hr

Join a growing team at one of our clients, a trusted manufacturer in the Mentor area! Were hiring dependable and safety-minded Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality products, we want to meet you.

Candidates must have previous experience in press or injection molding machining.

What Youll Do

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Follow standard operation manuals to produce and package quality parts
• Perform trimming and secondary operations at the press
• Complete production reports with accurate numbers, downtime, and scrap
• Label cartons correctly with name, date, shift, and quantities
• Use grinders to process scrap and runners correctly
• Keep your workstation and surrounding area clean and organized
• Communicate shift details and issues clearly to your team and the next shift

What Were Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist throughout your shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Job Requirements Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check. Candidates must have prior experience in press or injection molding machining. Candidates must be comfortable standing for their full 8 hour shift.
