The IT Manager acts as the Business Manager for the technology department, ensuring all hotel areas are supported with appropriate computer systems aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities include technical work, customer service, financial management, administration, operations, and other duties as assigned.

The role also involves collaborating with programmers, application specialists, and computer operators to exchange information and resolve issues related to daily application system operations, report generation, system enhancements, and system failures.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills, with at least two years of experience in WAN/LAN infrastructure and property management systems.
The wage range for this position is $43.84 to $54.85 per hour. This hourly manager-level role is based on a 45-hour workweek. Salary decisions will consider experience and education.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support within the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
