Job Description

IT Project Manager for an immediate start on a 6-month contract . This role will sit within the Custom Solutions team , focused on delivering a high-volume queue of small-scale IT projects (typically ~80 hours each).

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deliver small IT projects in partnership with business PMs.
• Oversee initiatives across a variety of systems including Siterra, Salesforce, SharePoint, Engineering tools , and more.
• Collaborate in a lean project team environment (developer, QA, PM).
• Support requirement gathering and assist business teams where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-level PM with ~5 years’ experience .
• Background as a Business Analyst is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems (specific tool expertise not required).
• Self-starter who can drive multiple small initiatives forward.

Role Details

• Contract Length : 6 months (with potential extension)
• Location : Hybrid – Woburn, MA
• In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Remote Mondays & Fridays
