Job Description:
The Scheduler is responsible for all aspects of training scheduling requirements for all of the training departments at JBU, including regulatory compliance and coordination with Training Records Specialists and Crew Services.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates with Crew Services and Crew Staffing for monthly bid awards

Coordinates with Training Record Specialists to ensure all recurrent and qualification training is scheduled

Schedules Instructors, according to qualifications for all training devices, including full and fixed flight simulators, door operations, ground schools and classroom training as well as emergency drill events.

Monitors changes in the training schedules

All other duties as assigned

Checks for legalities and adjusts as appropriate

Notifies all trainees of required Standards Training Events

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and be available to respond on short-notice

Qualification & Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

Two (2) years of Scheduling and/or Training Administration

Experience on computerized scheduling processes

Ability to complete tasks and assignments with minimal supervision
