Learning Design Specialist (Contract)

📍 Hybrid – Marlborough, MA (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

💲 $34.22/hr | Few-month contract with potential to extend

My client is looking for a Learning Design Specialist to join the Sales Training team at a leading medical device company . This role is focused on designing engaging and effective learning content that supports a high-performing sales organization for someone who wants to grow and build in the L&D space. IDEALLY FAMILIAR WITH E-LEARNING TOOLS!

What You’ll Do:

• Design eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Use tools like Articulate Storyline , Vyond , etc. to build training
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
• Improve and update existing materials based on feedback
• Support multimedia content creation and learning delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 0–2+ years of experience (learning/training internships a big plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with eLearning tools and adult learning principles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Bonus if You Have:

• LMS experience
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Hands-on use of tools like Articulate, Vyond, etc.
