Salary: $70,0000 to $90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses

We’re hiring a passionate and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established and highly supportive clinic environment in Charlotte, NC . What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists
• Deliver parent training and maintain family communication
• Track client progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
