Medical Device Assembler SmartTalent Lynnwood has multiple openings with a large medical device manufacturing company that is based in Everett, WA. This facility is looking for people to join their production team to refurbish and sanitize non critical and semi critical medical equipment. These are long term Temp-to-hire opportunities looking for individuals who are looking for long term opportunities with a fast growing company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year tenure with previous employers, high school diploma, assembly experience not required but a plus. LOCATION: Everett, WA

PAY: $18 - $19.80 DOE

SCHEDULE:

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 5am - 330pm Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 230am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure you are labeling and packing all items correctly and efficiently
• Read and understand all sanitation and safety guidelines placed to ensure effectiveness and productivity
• Ensure quality of equipment is up to standard before being packaged and sent for delivery
• Communicate with team and supervisors with any questions or concerns
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:

• Have at least 1 year of previous work experience - does not need to be related to position
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Be able to lift 25lbs with no accommodations
• Pass Pre-Employment screenings
