MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial Neurosurgery team. We offer competitive base salary of $1.1 million with 2-yr income guarantee, $100,000 bonus, moving allowance $15,000, CME $5000 and Time off 31 days up to 35 days per year , malpractice with tail coverage, 403(b) and so much more!
Opportunity Details:
Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain and busy trauma service
Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days
No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call
Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician
Call 1:4 with APP taking 1st call
APPs primary assist with daily inpatient rounding
On site X-Ray, CT and MRI/ Functional MRI
Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR
EMR: EPIC
