Job Description
The Partnership Specialist will work on-site at our client location, collaborating with all levels of management to understand their unique staffing needs. They will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clients’ and associates’ on-site experience, including managing key metrics such as payroll, turnover, retention, and specific associate KPIs. This role involves ensuring a safe work environment through safety observations and diligent weekly safety walkthroughs, engaging employees in retention activities, providing coaching and counseling, and conducting employee surveys on the warehouse environment and culture. These metrics will be presented to our client on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, depending on clients specific needs, to recommend improvements for retaining the best workforce and being the best business partner.

Responsibilities:
• Perform multiple daily walkthroughs of the facility floor to monitor workforce productivity.
• Collaborate with the branch team to create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with client needs.
• Encourage and work within a team-oriented and cooperative environment.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating and developing value-added services to meet their evolving needs.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of all client and employee contact information in our internal system.
Oversee all support functions for associates at the client site, including timekeeping, payroll, attendance reports, invoicing, production effectiveness reports, orientation, performance evaluations, incidents, injuries, ending assignments, and exit interviews.
• Organize on-site events for associates, including recognition and retention programs, safety awareness programs, and co-sponsored social events.
• Present information effectively and diplomatically.

Experience/Education:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, or management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to meet job requirements. • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and able to learn new computer systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with three years of successful work experience (Preferred but not required).
