Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level paralegal to join our team in Timonium, MD. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus, but not required.
