- Support attorney through all stages of project work
- Review a multitude of documents for purchase/sale, leases
- Conduct acquisition due diligence
- Ensure compliance of all documents
- Strong familiarity with either real estate and/or SaaS
- Contracts experience
- Command of due diligence
- Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Must have previous experience in a legal setting
- While this is a remote opportunity, there might be times when travel to the office in Knoxville, TN is required
