Join to apply for the Contracts Specialist role at TechTrans International, Inc. We are seeking a Full-time Contracts Specialist for our Clear Lake/Houston, Texas office. The position will work closely with the HR Department and the Contracts Director. Responsibilities include: Maintain contractual documents, files, correspondence, reports, and logs. Update and audit the corporate contract management database and serve as the main contact for related information and reports. Assist in maintaining corporate insurance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure contractual requirements and deliverables are met, communicating milestones and commitments. Negotiate proposals, change orders, and contract modifications with various parties. Prepare and modify legal documents, reports, and agreements as directed. Assist international offices and outside counsel with legal document signatures and legalization. Negotiate fees and ensure quality service with contractors regarding corporate secretarial matters. Support in preparing status reports and project analyses for management. Coordinate expatriate employees, researching legal laws, liaising with payroll and external departments. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of business administration experience (may be substituted for an advanced degree). Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple contractual activities, work independently and in teams, and make sound judgments. Professionalism in high-stress, fast-paced environments. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Candidate must require no sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
