We are hiring for a Parts Counter Sales person.

Starting pay according to experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and electronically with parts inquiries and orders

• Identify correct parts using catalogs, databases, and technical resources

• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization

• Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts counter role (heavy-duty or automotive preferred)

• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck or equipment parts

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts lookup software

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus

Job Requirements:

• Drug-free and pre-employment physical.
• Must have a good driving record as we run MVR.
