Seeking a Pediatrician for SW suburb of Chicago, 45 minutes from Chicago downtown

The clinic is comprised of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatricians, OB/Gyn, Behavior Health, Medical Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner and Practice Manager. Very nice, modern offices. 
The agency is part of a large, nationally recognized community health organization that is committed to social justice, health equity and access to quality services for all.

This is 100% out- patient practice

Reasonable patient volume

Flexible, great work/life flexible schedule:
Monday - Friday 
5-8hr shifts or 4 -10hr shifts

Call is 1:7 by phone only, very light

• 3 weeks paid vacation to start.  Increases to 4 weeks paid vacation after 4 years of employment.

Base salary is 185k-195k
Bonus of 12k a year paid quarterly
Sign on 5k
