What You Need to Know Works under the direction of Palliative Care Director and Program Medical Director, provides nursing care to maximize
the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. May include care for
community-based Palliative and Hospice appropriate patients in the continuum of care.
