Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager aims to increase online traffic and sales on caudalie.com and amazon websites across the Americas. Managing all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities, SEO, Affiliates and AMS, while coordinating with various teams throughout the organization (Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital content, Social and more) to optimize funnel conversion. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and data analysis.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Budget

• Define, with the Global CDO, the budget allocation by lever according to the objectives and performance of each of the activated levers.
• Monitor and track paid budget, to ensure cost-effective spending and meet financial goals.
• Process invoices, reconcile budget monthly.

Amazon (AMS)

· Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and Amazon DSP campaigns.

· Utilize Amazon analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure effective ad spend.

· Search Engine Advertising

o Strategize, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on search engines.

o Ensure maximum visibility while maintaining the objective of profitability and defend our position against eretailers and competitors via an optimized product catalog.

o Manage keyword research, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and A/B testing.

· Search Engine Optimization

o Google Maps listing optimizations.

o Conduct SEO audits and optimize our website to improve organic search rankings.

o Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.

· Display Advertising

o Develop engaging display campaigns, including retargeting strategies, across various ad networks.

· Affiliate Marketing

o Maintain and grow relationships with affiliate partners and networks.

o Implement promotional strategies and monitor affiliate program metrics.

Reporting

• Analyze & provide weekly/monthly reporting including key KPIS: reach, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC and understanding how metrics affect each other.
• Provide post-campaign analysis — drawing on successes and failures, to identify tactics that are working to achieve goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes and new technologies affecting digital marketing and digital distribution platforms.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Education/Experience

• 4-6 years’ experience in Paid Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO practices, and e-ecommerce metrics.
• Strong knowledge on Google environment (GAds, GAnalytics, GTM…)
• Experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Amazon DSP
• Cosmetic, beauty or luxury industry experience preferred.

Work Hours & Location

• Available to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.
• Work location is in New York, NY and/or Carlstadt, NJ (as requested)
