Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and dependable In-Home Chef to prepare high-quality, nutritious, and delicious meals in a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, an understanding of diverse cuisines, and the ability to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (brunch, dinner, and snacks as requested).

• Create weekly menus based on client preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal availability of ingredients

• Shop for groceries, specialty ingredients, and pantry staples within the agreed budget.

• Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or gatherings as requested.

• Ensure proper food storage and inventory management.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, appliances, and utensils at all times.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Accommodate special diets (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, etc.) when required.

• Provide meal prep for days when the chef will not be present (e.g., reheatable dishes).

• Coordinate with household staff (if applicable) to align meal service with household schedules.
