This role is for a Physical Therapist within FOX Rehabilitation’s Mentor Program in Staten Island, NY, focusing on providing one-on-one geriatric physical therapy in community settings. The position offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth, including continuing education and certification reimbursement. Candidates must hold a valid physical therapy license and CPR certification, with options available for full-time, part-time, and flexible work arrangements.

What you’ll need:
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more.
