• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university

• Lead month end close and financial preparation for all assigned properties
  
  
• Monitor Cash Flow, ACH transactions, and process wire transactions
  
  
• Manage the fixed asset accounting function for your assigned properties
  
  
• Makes recommendations and creates plans to improve internal controls when necessary
  
  
• Performing P&L analysis and ad hoc reporting when necessary
  
  
• Daily and weekly balance sheet reconciliations and checking for accuracy and thoroughness.
  
  
• Communicate frequently with property management
  
  
• Applies standard GAAP methods; makes recommendations to improve practices or procedures.
  
  
• Creating journal entries and doing bank reconciliations
