Our client is a company in the Madison area looking for a Property Accountant. This company is looking for someone with 4+ years of accounting experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $75k-80k.


The Property Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate timely and accurate financial reports.
• Provide general ledger support including reconciling accounts, calculating accruals, performing bank reconciliation, and sales tax.
• Provide monthly balance sheets, along with monthly profit and loss statements.
• Partner with teams to complete operational budget process.
• Monitor and evaluate internal controls.
• Perform account receivable duties as needed.
• Perform account payable duties as needed.
• Manage cash flow.
• Prepare other reports as requested

The Property Accountant will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Highly organized and has great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
