Join to apply for the Real Estate Acquisition Consultant role at House Buyers of America, Inc. The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This position is remote and involves in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis. Responsibilities include following up on leads, valuing properties, analyzing comps, performing due diligence, estimating repairs, negotiating acquisitions and dispositions, preparing contracts, and presenting offers to homeowners.
