• Remodeling Sales Representative (High Commission)

Location:

• Dania Beach, FL 33004

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, we do Saturday also

Meeting are at customers house or at the showroom

Compensation:

• a high pay commission only

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
• **Must have prior any home improvement sales (windows, blinds, solar, roofing, windows) and construction experience before applying**
• We are an home improvement company/construction, we do bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, home additions and renovations.
• We have a show room in Dania Beach for customers.
• This is a high paid commission based sales job for professional experienced sales people. If you are a closer, money motivated, charismatic, energetic and have big goals in life. Your place is with us.
• We provide 1–2 qualified leads per day., you will meet qualified customers at their home, All Leads are pre-screened to verify they are home owners, with budget, and looking for reputable construction company to trust..
• As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for bringing sales, building relationships with new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ready to drive to all customers in 3 counties, Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm. *** You will need a reliable Car ***
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies related to technology sales
• Basic project management: overseeing jobs and coordinating subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in account management is preferred
• Familiarity with technology sales is a plus

Just to make it clear:

• This role is commission-only, you'll drive your car and pay your gas.

we will provide the necessary training, training is unpaid but its a very short period.

• You will get 1-2 solid leads a day.
• You will need to work 1 day on weekend and meet customers at 5pm.
• There is a lot of driving involved, you need to have a reliable car.
