Unit Description Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Petco Park since dating back to 2004. The 42,445-seat venue is home to Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres. We provide an upscale dining experience, including a private chef tasting room. Responsibilities Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations Monitor store floor and assist with guests needs Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required Previous experience working with point of sale system required High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders Delaware North
