We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales Specialist to join our team in the Riverside area. This role focuses on cold calling and prospecting new commercial clients to sell planned HVAC maintenance agreements. The ideal candidate thrives in an outbound sales environment, is comfortable initiating contact with decision-makers, and has an understanding of HVAC systems and their value in preventive maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cold call commercial building owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, site surveys, and client consultations.

• Develop tailored proposals for HVAC maintenance contracts based on site conditions and client needs.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools and lead-generation strategies.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and at industry events.

• Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environmet.

• Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and disciplined sales process.

• Basic technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is highly preferred but not required.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
