• Dispose of materials properly after scanning in compliance with project guidelines.
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet monthly scanning targets.
• Stand for extended periods while managing scanning workflows.
• Organize scanned files systematically for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize scanning procedures and resolve any operational issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment handling standards.
• Report progress and issues to supervisors regularly.• Previous experience in document scanning, mailroom operations, or similar office tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all scanned materials.
